# Visa Requirements

**Deadline to Receive:  **November 1**3, 2026**

As an international exhibitor at the SHOT Show, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel Visa.  **You can apply for a Visa Letter while registering for your badges at** [www.SHOTShow.org/register](http://www.shotshow.org/register).

**Visa Invitation Letter Request Information**

- Surname: (as in passport)
- First & Middle Name: (as in passport)
- Company Name:
- Company Address: (Must include postal code)
- Passport Number:
- Birth Date: (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Expiration Date: (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Gender:
- Issuing Country:
- U.S. Embassy/Consulate Location (closest):

Please note that Invitations cannot be mailed.
