SHOT Show exhibitors may display a vehicle in their booth*. Pursuant to Clark County Fire Department, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth move-in process.
Procedure Requirements
- Exhibitors must obtain a permit from Clark County Fire Department. See below for details.
- Exhibitors must fill out the Freeman mobile units / motorized vehicles form and pay the spotting fee. (Deadline Date: December 19, 2023) This form will be located on the Exhibitor Resource Center website under Booth Services.
*Please note, booths located in a ballroom have width limits on vehicles due to the size of the doorways. For more information, contact Exhibitors Services at permits@shotshow.org or call 702-216-5846.
Permit Information
Clark County Fire Department (CCFD) requires a “Liquid or Gas-Fueled Vehicles or Equip in Assembly Area” Permit for all booth vehicles. SHOT Show management will apply for a “Blanket Permit” for all exhibitors that want to display a vehicle in their booth.
