SHOT Show exhibitors may display a vehicle in their booth*. Pursuant to Clark County Fire Department, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth move-in process.
Procedure Requirements
- Exhibitors must obtain a permit from Clark County Fire Department. See below for details.
- Exhibitors must fill out the Freeman mobile units / motorized vehicles form and pay the spotting fee. (Deadline Date: December 17, 2024).
Permit Information
Show Management will obtain the Fire permit for the exhibitor if they notify us by November 15, 2024. Email the following information to Krae@convexx.com.
- Company name, booth number
- Contact name, email, and cell phone
- A site plan view of the location of each vehicle to be displayed
- A picture of each vehicle to be displayed
- A picture and specifications of all display structures or platforms for displaying the vehicles
Clark County Fire Department (CCFD) requires a “Liquid or Gas-Fueled Vehicles or Equip in Assembly Area” Permit for all booth vehicles.
- If exhibitors do not make the deadline, they must apply for the Permit directly with Clark County Fire Department and pay the Fees. Application can be found at: Clark County Permits
