Please select STRAIGHT TIME LABOR If your event move-in is scheduled to take place Monday – Friday between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Please select OVERTIME LABOR if your event move-in is scheduled to take place Saturday – Sunday or Monday – Friday outside the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Additionally, select this option if you are requesting installation during these specific days and times.
ELECTRICAL LABOR FEES
Straight Time: $105/hour when work is completed Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, except holidays.
Overtime: $197/hour when work is completed Monday – Friday outside the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday, except holidays. Holiday Rate: $296 per hour.
***Labor to disconnect will be calculated at one-half (1/2) of the installation time and is automatically included in the labor options below.

*Labor hours appearing on your order is an estimate ONLY. Actual labor hours will be calculated after move-in when the electrical work has been completed. Rates vary depending on when the work is done (overtime charges may be incurred). Your account will be charged for any materials used to run cables in the exhibit booth (tape, extension cords, Cat5, etc.), in addition to the noted labor fees.
*A minimum charge of one (1) hour per booth will be applied to booths requiring labor; this will be added to each work order produced for your booth. Labor to disconnect will be calculated at one-half (1/2) of the installation time and will be automatically applied to your invoice.
*Account owner is responsible for all charges related to booth services and agrees to pay for final charges with the credit card on file.
