Exhibit Days / Hours for the 2024 SHOT SHOW

  • Move-in days: EACs may enter hall at 6:45am
  • Tuesday 1/23/24: EACs may enter hall at 6:00am
  • EACs will not be permitted in halls until 5:00pm after show closing on Friday 1/26/24

EAC GUIDELINES – PRE-SHOW

  • Badges: EACs are not authorized to have Exhibitor Badges. 
  • Clients: The EAC must provide Show Management, no later than 12/22/23, the exhibitors who have retained them and the services to be performed. 
  • Provide Show Management the name and cell phone of the on-site supervisor.

EAC GUIDELINES – ON-SITE

  • It is recommended that the on-site supervisor have a copy of the SHOT Show EAC Agreement & Certificate of Insurance on their cell phone.
  • The EAC is responsible for adherence to all SHOT Show, Venetian and Caesars Forum regulations.
  • The EAC is liable and responsible for the actions and activities of any of its sub-contractors.
  • The EAC shall not solicit business on the Show floor.
  • EAC may photograph its own client booth(s) only.
  • EAC is prohibited from using the SHOT Show name, logo or any likeness for the purpose of promoting or marketing its own activities.

EAC RULES & REGULATIONS

  • While aisle carpeting is being installed, containers, jockey boxes, ladders and any other equipment must be removed completely from the show floor.
  • EACs are responsible for turning on their breakers for booth power. SES will turn on Venetian power one hour prior to show opening.
  • EAC will not establish service desks inside the hall unless approved by Show Management. The EAC will utilize space as designated by Show Management outside the exhibit hall.
  • Use of electric scooters is prohibited.

 EAC LABOR

  • EAC will share responsibility with Freeman, all reasonable costs incurred in connection with the EAC operation, including overtime pay for stewards, security if necessary, and restoration of the exhibit hall to its initial condition.
  • Wristbands are issued daily starting Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at The Venetian Expo, and Friday, January 20, 2024 at Caesars Forum.
  • Union rules and Regulations apply. EAC services shall not conflict, violate or jeopardize in any way the existing labor regulations, agreements, contracts or relations; or cause any interference with or inconvenience to the SHOT Show or any exhibitor. 
  • All EAC personnel must wear the wristband, provided by Show Management.
  • EAC personnel must be dressed in suitable attire at all times.
