Thank you for your inquiry. Meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis. Rooms may be rented from Sunday, January 16 through Friday, January 21, 2022. Rooms can be rented for a full day at $4.20 per square feet or a half day for $2.10 per square feet and are available in several sizes.

Half Day times are: Mornings 7am – 12pmAfternoons 12:30pm – 6pm. Evening rentals are available for receptions. Included are standard hotel tables, chairs, podium, riser/stage, water for podium, basic electrical wall outlets and ID sign (if ordered before December 3, 2021). All other equipment/services such as catering, audio visual, microphones, custom furniture, floral, and easels, internet/telephones etc., must be ordered and paid for by the exhibitor.

If you have not requested a meeting room before, You will need to create a new account on the following web site to request and manage your submission. Click on Create New Meetings/Events top left of page.

Upon receipt of application, exhibitor will receive notification via email of the room location, square footage, and pricing. Completing this application does not guarantee meeting room space. You will not be charged for space until you have accepted the meeting room quote.

Please confirm the meeting room quote via email that you would like to reserve location. Upon approval of this application, a detailed confirmation letter will be e-mailed to you with additional contact information for catering and audio-visual services, etc. within seven business days.  A separate invoice will be emailed to you with a link to your exhibitor dashboard for payment.
