Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) Agreement & Application

Exhibitors and EACs must provide a Certificate of Insurance indicating the following:

1. Employer’s Liability:  $2,000,000 for each occurrence.
2. Commercial General Liability:  $2,000,000 for each occurrence.
3. Comprehensive Auto Liability:  $2,000,000 for each occurrence.
4. Property Insurance coverage on personal property owned, leased or hired. 
5. Worker’s Compensation insurance in accordance with Nevada Law covering EACs employees.

Policies shall provide coverage for “all risks,” including earthquake, limited terrorism, flood and theft with a deductible per loss of not more than $1,000.00.
