Exhibitors and EACs must provide a Certificate of Insurance indicating the following:
| 1. Employer’s Liability: $2,000,000 for each occurrence. 2. Commercial General Liability: $2,000,000 for each occurrence. 3. Comprehensive Auto Liability: $2,000,000 for each occurrence. 4. Property Insurance coverage on personal property owned, leased or hired. 5. Worker’s Compensation insurance in accordance with Nevada Law covering EACs employees. |
Policies shall provide coverage for “all risks,” including earthquake, limited terrorism, flood and theft with a deductible per loss of not more than $1,000.00.
